酢めし (180ｇ) sumeshi (180g 6 1/2oz)
桜でんぶ（大さじ2） sakuradenbu (2tbsps)
魚肉ソーセージ（10㎝×1本） fish sausage 1 (4inch)
スティックチーズ （２本） stick cheese 2
のり （１枚と1/6枚） toasted seaweed sheets (1 1/6)
上のようにカットしてください。 Cut the seaweed sheets like this.
作り方 Directions
①酢めしと桜でんぶを混ぜて、80ｇ×1 40ｇ×1 30ｇ×1 10ｇ×2 に計量して分ける。
Mix sumeshi and sakuradenbu together. Weight to 80g 40g 30g 10g×2.
②魚肉ソーセージを10㎝に切って、のり1/4で巻きます。（鼻）
スティックソーセージ2本をのり1/8で巻きます。（目）
Cut the fish sausage into 10cm (4inch) lengths.
Then wrap the fish sausage with 1/4seaweed sheet. (nose)
Wrap 2 sticksausages with 1/8 seaweed sheet. (eyes)
③酢めし10gで10㎝の三角の山を作る。（耳）
のり1/12を半分に折って、かぶせます。
Shape 10g of sumeshi into a triangle 10cm(4inch) lengths.
Fold 1/12 seaweed sh
eet in half and cover on the sumeshi.
④巻きすを横向きに置き、巻きすの上にのり1/2を置きます。
両端を2㎝のこして、80ｇの酢めしをのせます。
Place a Makisu bamboomat sideways ,1/2 seaweed sheet on a Makisu bamboomat.
Spread 80g of sumeshi on the seaweed sheet with 2cm(3/4in) of space left both end.
⑤中央に魚肉ソーセージをおき、30ｇの酢めしをかぶせます。
Put fish sausage in the center. Cover fish sausage with 30g of sumeshi.
⑥魚肉ソーセージの両側にスティックチーズを2本おきます。
最後に40ｇの酢めしを均一におきます。巻きすを置いたまま、片方ずつのりをかぶせます。
Put 2 stick cheeses on the fish sausage both side.
Finally put 40g of sumeshi on the it evenly.
Leave a Makisu bamboomat , cover with seaweed sheet one by one.
⑦全体をラップで包みます。
包丁をぬらしたキッチンタオルでキレイにしながら、4つの切り分けます。
Wrapping the whole. Cut it into 4 pieces. Wipe and clean up the knife with a wated kitchen towel several times while cutting.
⑧耳を４等分に切り、耳の部分につけたら出来上がりです。
Cut two ears into 4equal parts, attach to the ears to finish.
